Born in Quebec, Canada, Judge LeBlanc pursued his academic journey with a bachelor's degree from Bradford College in 1980, followed by a J.D. from the University of Miami Law School. His commitment to the legal profession was underscored by admission to the Bar in 1989.
Before donning the robe, Judge LeBlanc spent 17 years as a criminal defense lawyer, passionately advocating for justice in various legal capacities. His diverse career reflects a deep dedication to the principles of law and a commitment to service.
Post-retirement from the judiciary, Rob embarked on a new chapter by delving into politics, real estate planning and syndication, providing expertise pro bono to contribute to community well-being.
